Sample Day Itinerary
My Weekend Nature Retreats are extremely relaxed, and can be catered to you. Depending on the time of year, many of our plant based classes will change.
6AM - 10: 30AM ● Optional Wakeup Call (followed by Breakfast)
Activity 1 ● Yoga + Breathwork with either Geoff or Sarah (From 8:30AM-4PM)
Activity 2 ● Hiking at Cranberry Lake (Shuttle Provided from 8AM-2PM)
Activity 3 ● From Garden to Bottle - Learn How to Make Your Own Hot Sauce with the Peppers You Pick (10AM, 11:30AM & 3:30PM)
Activity 4 ● Winter Canning Essentials - (11AM, 12:30PM & 2:15PM)
Lunch will be provided everyday from 11AM-2PM
Dinner will be provided everyday from 5PM-8PM
Depending on weather and environmental conditions, we will have our nightly "fireside chat" via bonfire.
